I saw this sign while walking to a football game during the fall. I photoshopped the picture to desaturate the color and make it looked washed out.

This is a picture of a small figurine shot to look much larger in size. The figurine takes up the majority of the screen making it seem larger in size than in reality.

headroom.

This is a trio of pictures I took of my friend at the library to demonstrate the use of proper head room. The gravitation pull makes the first two pictures look very top heavy and bottom heavy, making them feel awkward, but the third one makes his ugly mug a little less ugly with the proper headroom.

fast falloff.

This is a picture that I took to show an example of fast falloff. Light is coming from the right side from the television and fluorescent light, while little to no light is coming from the left side. Making one side of the beer very bright and the other very dark.

My Final Project Experience

Well, where do I begin…My experience trying to get this project done ended up being hell. Although, once I scrapped what I was originally trying to do, things ended up being a tad better and I am definitely happy with how the video turned out in the end.

This class has been amazing. I’ve enjoyed every lecture and have learned so many things, most of which I had absolutely no idea about. At the beginning of the term I thought that a $160 book was absolute ridiculous, it might be worth it because I am going to be using it for a while. After going through this course, I have a very strong idea with what I want to do for my career in the future.

You may be asking yourself, “Is that pizza shaped like a heart?”. And the answer is yes. yes it is.

This is a picture of what used to be a pizza that I burnt to a crisp. I felt it made a decent example of contrast with the black pizza against the white tile floor.

This is a photo I took at the airport waiting to get on my plane to Arizona. The horizontal lines of the mountains in the background create the calm, tranquil feel. But, the vertical lines caused from the buildings and the light post gives a more excited energy and the picture ends up looking like a normal, everyday world type of picture.

This picture is an example of a cast shadow and fast falloff. With the candle light coming from the left side the objects shadow protrudes onto the wall creating a cast shadow. The light is low left and does not light bits of the upper portion of the object creating attached shadows around the folded fingers.
